The Experience from Start To End

Step 1- Connecting

First, you'll need to take a minute to fill out the contact information form (by hitting the Inquire button!) - only by doing this will we know that you are mildly interested and would like to learn more! Within 24 hours, we will send you an e-mail with more detailed information and also our latest brochure.

Step 2 - Coffee Date

let’s chat!

We take you and your fiancé on a coffee date where we can get to officially meet in person and discuss all things wedding! During this time you can share with us all the ideas you have in mind for your wedding, and we will share more about the packages that we have available for you. Ultimately, we want to customize a package that will best suit all your needs. This coffee date will also be a perfect chance to figure out if we are the perfect photographers for you!

Step 3 - Secure the Date

Mark your calendars!

Once you’ve decided to move forward with booking us as your wedding photographers, we will send you a simple wedding contract for you to review. This contract is simply to ensure that everybody is in agreement regarding the services we will be providing and that we are all on the same page! A 50% deposit and a signed contract will be required in order for us to lock in a date for your wedding.

Step 4 - Connected

We are now officially connected! This is where the fun and excitement begins. We love staying connected with all our beautiful couples, so with your permission, we will add you and follow you on social media. Staying connected means that you can always contact us (whenever or wherever) if you have any questions whatsoever!

From now until the time you officially get married, we will be sending you some tips and tricks along the way to ensure that your wedding day will go as smoothly as possible. You will see a couple emails from us sharing some of our experiences that will help to ensure that your photos will turn out fabulous!

Step 5 - Finalize the details

The nitty grittys!

Before the big day arrives, we will send you a wedding-day questionnaire to fill out and we’ll also schedule a final appointment, either on skype or in person, where we will iron out all the details to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible. We will discuss about the wedding day itinerary, the shots you would like taken, and the people that you would like included, so that ultimately, you get to focus on the most important thing, which is getting married to the love of your life!

Step 7 - We stand by your side

it’s show time!

The big day has now arrived! We will stand proudly by your side (and as stealthy as possible), capturing your love and all the incredible moments throughout the day so that one day you will be able to relive these moments through our craft! That is our promise to you.

Step 8 - Photos are ready

Relive the magic!

You will get to relive the best day of your life within a week with some sneak peek photos that will be delivered to you through an online private gallery. You can also share this gallery and celebrate with all your friends and family.

Within 6-8 weeks after the date of your wedding, your entire gallery will be ready and you will be able to access them online.
